The following procedure should ONLY be performed if you have been instructed to do so by one of our Macco Techs. If you do not wish to give Macco Systems remote control access to your computer, DO NOT proceed.
Install the Macco Systems Remote Support Tool which will allow one of our technicians to provide remote support:
1. Please enter your 4 letter code (This will be given to you by one of our technicians)
2. Agree to all prompts
3. Wait for the installation to complete. Depending on your internet and computer speed, this may take a couple minutes.Click click here
After installation is completed one of our technicians will be able to remote in and initiate a chat session with you. Please contact us by email or by phone if you have any problems or concerns.
